Friendly and convenient services, there is no language obstacle in communication. Only thing needed to be improved is the loan car service, the loan car is too low end compared to Mercede Benz. Steve makes the car purchase process very pleasurable within an industry known for their hard sales tactics and bait and switch routines. Steve excelled at every aspect of the car buying/leasing process. Steve had superior knowledge of all of the models and in particular the ones I bought and leased. He really made my wife and I very comfortable during the test drive phase, as well as the financing process which we all know can be a difficult process. After the sale, he followed up with me to ensure that I was pleased with the vehicles and encouraged me to contact him should I have any questions or concerns. That is the mark of a true salesman who I would like to consider a "trusted advisor" and a representative who is interested in making me his customer for years to come which he has successfully done. When my lease is up, it will be very difficult for me to work with anyone else other than Steve. He is a credit to this dealership and Mercedes Benz. More

Visit due to headlamp uneven and when the fan is on there is an abnormal motor plastic rubbing noise from the passenger side. They found out the headlight clip was broken so they fixed it and the car is rid is an abnormal motor plastic rubbing noise from the passenger side. I brought my dad's car in for service; first time at this dealership. Through the years, I have gotten used to getting bad service from other dealerships, just because I am a female customer AND that I know dealership. Peter was respectful of my questions and gave very informative answers about the service(s) they offer, whereas employees from other dealers would become demeaning and then just tell me: "because WE don't do that". Prior to my purchases, I had horrible experiences with car dealers who tried to trick me into spending money and jeopardizing my financial budget. The reason I have keep coming back to Penske, is because Mr. McDonald has always been thorough in his analysis in ensuring that I get the best price for my money. Additionally, he knows those cars like the back of his hand, his can tell you exactly what the car does by memory. During my personal review of the car after purchase Mr. McDonald is so thorough, I feel I know the car's features without have read the owner's manual. This is why I go back because I am confident I am going to get the highest level of service possible. I can highly recommend Mr. McDonald for your next visit to the Penske West Covina Dealership.
