David Truong was very helpful in that he took the time to show us the various vehicles and options available. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to consider and think about the purchase. I bought the car because it was such a great price that he gave me there's no point in further negotiation. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Stacie had all the finance paperwork in order and we came in to look it over and sign; quick and easy. She even had the car already detailed and pulled up to a lighted area so we can look at the car to make sure we were completely satisfied with it. And they even gave gifts from their parts department. More

In the last 5 days I went to 5 different car dealers. The visit to this MB dealer in west covina was a nightmare. The service I had at Penske was horrendous! What's even worse is when I complained, no one even bother to respond to my inquiries. The advisor was irresponsible, did not give me any updates on my car servi worse is when I complained, no one even bother to respond to my inquiries. The advisor left the office without letting me know the status of my car. When I got in to pick up my car after 5PM, no one even bothered to tell me where to pay for my car either. They just kept sending me to whomever they thought should be responsible for my presence! It was ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership! What bothers me even more is that I have a Lexus, and the service at Longo Lexus has always been marvelous! Same company, completely different service, what is wrong?! More

After getting frustrated and treated like a dumb girl at the dealership in Van Nuys I went to Penske. I made my deal via email and phne with Tina Barela. She was fantastic. I drove down today and had them value my current car and traded it in as well because they gave me a good price on it as well. Total of 2 hours and I have my new car. I highly recommend Penske and Tina Barela specifically. She gets down to the brass tax right away and is a pleasure to work with. Fantastic experience and would go back in a second. More
