Charging $65,000 OVER MSRP for a SUV. Yes…you read it right. $65,000 ABOVE MSRP. The same SUV was $40,000 over MSRP weeks ago. Now their runaway greed has pushed it to $65,000. Because of the shortage of right. $65,000 ABOVE MSRP. The same SUV was $40,000 over MSRP weeks ago. Now their runaway greed has pushed it to $65,000. Because of the shortage of cars. Folks need to remember this when this pandemic and supply shortage is over. There are so many dealers. Don’t ever shop here again. Punish them later. This isn’t my fabrication. Have proof in writing. Got a call from a service assistant because the car has a recall and I have a service due for free, when u showed up to dealer ship they told me I didn’t qualified for a loaner which I always get a loaner. S recall and I have a service due for free, when u showed up to dealer ship they told me I didn’t qualified for a loaner which I always get a loaner. So the guy was in charge of my car wanted me to get a service of $2,300. I told him i didn’t want to get that service so he told me I wasn’t going to get a loaner and I decided not to leave my car. Just a waste of time. Is not the first time I have an issue at that dealership. More
Horrible negotiating techniques So deceptive! ”Sales Manager” supposedly got me this good deal and made me even sign the deal he got me after 3 hours of negotiation! After I was ready to sign paperwork Manager” supposedly got me this good deal and made me even sign the deal he got me after 3 hours of negotiation! After I was ready to sign paperwork with the finance department, he came back adding an extra 2k on the final price he had already given me and made me sign! These guys made me drive 2 hours saying they were going ti help me out get the best deal etc etc and they just screwed me over didn’t respect the final price the manager gave me and made me sign and just wasted my whole day with them! This is unacceptable coming from Mercedes Benz! I have done business with MBSD and MBEscondido and never had this such ridiculously experience! I expected more from an “sales manager” to take accountability of his word and his final number and not make people waste their time! smh i hope this message reaches Mercedes Benz USA or at least the General Manager of this place and does something about this horrible experience More
Horrible customer service at the parts department. They like to hang up the phone on you whenever you call and whenever you go in the guys that order the parts are arrogant just as much as the ladies at ca like to hang up the phone on you whenever you call and whenever you go in the guys that order the parts are arrogant just as much as the ladies at cashier desk. SCAM - Bait and switch pricing. The manager Ray FINI - told me that the pricing on autotrader was based for the California market - so If I was purchasing as an out of state buyer, my pricing was differen told me that the pricing on autotrader was based for the California market - so If I was purchasing as an out of state buyer, my pricing was different. Absurd and a scam. Reporting them to the BBB Also. I have all the emails between us. They stopped responding when I asked how they could force me to pay more than advertised. More
Make sure you go in knowing what you want and be ready to haggle. They tried to low-ball me on my trade in but I know my car's value so was able to negotiate a much better offer. Also check your paperwork, w haggle. They tried to low-ball me on my trade in but I know my car's value so was able to negotiate a much better offer. Also check your paperwork, when signing the contract I caught an extra $850ish added to the loan and upon questioning they gave a generic excuse that the bank needed me to purchase the tire warranty to protect their asset. I know a lot about cars and I know th bank doesn't give a xxxx if I have a fire warranty. Was able to negotiate my interest rate from 14% down to 8% as well. Just come prepared for the negotiations and paperwork but as far as cara though they had a great selection and the used car I purchased is in excellent shape. More

I would like to personally thank you for wasting my time today. I took two hours out of my work day to drive all the way to West Covina to TEST DRIVE an AMG GTC. I made it clear that I would NOT be purchasi today. I took two hours out of my work day to drive all the way to West Covina to TEST DRIVE an AMG GTC. I made it clear that I would NOT be purchasing today. These people ran my credit and took my paystubs prior to me driving out to the dealership, and promised that I would be able to drive the vehicle. I was trapped at the sales desk for an hour while the guy tried every trick in the book to "get my business today." I asked them directly about the APR their in-house financing was offering and they refused to answer the question. I do not appreciate these tactics. I've been watching these cars for a while. I know you're not going to sell them today, you know you're not going to sell them today. I will NEVER buy or lease a vehicle without first driving it, that's ludicrous. Anyway, thanks again for the phenomenal waste of time. I'll write a nice letter to corporate as well. And I'll send you a photo of me next to my GTC in a couple of weeks when I make my purchase from a dealership that doesn't lie to people. Don't treat car people like morons. I'm not some twenty year old idiot, I've been working in sales for 15 years and I know all of your stupid tricks. All you succeeded in doing is losing a customer. More
