Exceptional customer service from George Kakish. Just took my car for service last week and George went above and beyond to help me with the service my car need it. Do not buy a used car there! Was sold a car with the speech of " it was inspected by Mercedes Benz mechanics and is in perfect condition" to justify the higher price. After 2 wee Was sold a car with the speech of " it was inspected by Mercedes Benz mechanics and is in perfect condition" to justify the higher price. After 2 weeks and less than 1k miles driven I found out that I needed to change radiator and engine. Just that would cost me more than I payed on the car. 2 weeks! They literally lied to my face and got rid of a broken car. Shame on Mercedes Benz to associate their name with this type of business, shame on the salesman and the manager. More
