I purchased my car at this dealership and have had my car serviced here for over 90% of my visits. The vehicle, a 2015 330 has a repeated issue with the coils. On 3 occasions in the last year, one or more co serviced here for over 90% of my visits. The vehicle, a 2015 330 has a repeated issue with the coils. On 3 occasions in the last year, one or more coils failed. This also happened in 2019. E car was under warranty and I was not charged for most of the visits. However, ok the last visit, I was told to replace all 6 coils at a cost of close to $1000. I indicated this is a repeated ongoing issue that should be covered. They refused and now I am considering additional steps. This dealership should have recognized the issue and made me whole. More
