Working with Greg was an enjoyable experience however when it came time to pickup the car the documentation experience was totally inept. When presented with paperwork to sign I noticed the payoff figur when it came time to pickup the car the documentation experience was totally inept. When presented with paperwork to sign I noticed the payoff figure on my trade was overstated as the figure used was dated and did not include my previous month payment. While that was being fixed I was treated to a high pressure sales pitch for a $2,700 wheel and tire warranty despite verbally declining the warranty several times. When the supposed corrected paperwork was returned for me to sign I noticed it did not include the cash deposit I had made when I picked out the car. How does that happen? Anyway, that was then corrected and I was asked to sign my finance contract electronically on a portable tablet. The tablet failed and was taken back to the office to get reset. This fail and reset continued three more times until they gave up and printed an old school loan document for me to sign. So what should have taken about 10 minutes took well over an hour due to what I would have to describe as borderline incompetence. With all that being said, my salesman Greg was helpful throughout and I will continue using the dealership for service. My recommendation would be retraining of the finance staff. More

I am so glad I finally got the car. Okay. I'm still waiting for information from the dealer about the known Mercedes red paint defect on my car. I still can't believe that Mercedes doesn't honor any of their quality commitments. Everything about this dealership is first class. My only problem is my car came in clean and came out dirty. I had to wash my car as soon I got it home.
