I had an unpleasant buying experience. My original car purchase did not pass CPO standards and I felt pressured to make a purchase (was told I’d be unable to drive home my trade in and bring back a check purchase did not pass CPO standards and I felt pressured to make a purchase (was told I’d be unable to drive home my trade in and bring back a check the following day). The sales manager Kevin Lee was very helpful and apologetic for the mistakes made. He worked with me to find a suitable replacement for the car and allowed me time to think about my decision. I’m happy with the end result but the process was exhausting and frustrating. More
