Terrible- I've been waiting two months for my title and registration because they said they would take care of it and send it to me and gave me two months temporary tags. Turns out you have to go the DMV f registration because they said they would take care of it and send it to me and gave me two months temporary tags. Turns out you have to go the DMV for new cars and get a VIN check. They very clearly told me that I didn't have to do this. When I called them this morning to ask when I was going to get my registration- they again told me that I didn't have to go the DMV for a VIN check. I'm leaving town in 3 weeks for three months. I shouldn't have to deal with this. And wouldn't have to deal with this if they would know the basics. It's not ok to not be be educating your staff about basic processes like this and as a result causing so much trouble for your clients. *** More

Generally very attentive service, at every level of interaction, very professional. Some frustration in solving a service issue with lift gate, just scheduled 4th appointment for same issue. We had a short time to stop at the dealer after seeing a car we were interested in on line. Sales person was very courteous in showing us the car and taking a test drive. We left for destination on time and car we were interested in on line. Sales person was very courteous in showing us the car and taking a test drive. We left for destination on time and completed the transaction details over cell phone, sent a deposit electronically and stopped back several several days later after getting back home to sign papers and pick up the new car.
