Had service done two weeks prior to this one. Same problem occurred again. They charged me close to $3000 to fix it the first time and told me that they conducted a pressure test to check everything problem occurred again. They charged me close to $3000 to fix it the first time and told me that they conducted a pressure test to check everything was good. When I took it this time. I was charged almost $600 again. When I asked why I’m being charged, he told me that they needed yo replace another component. I reminded him that he toms me that everything was pressure tested and checked. I was very unhappy. I even spoke to the manager without any satisfactory answer. I will never take this cat again to any Mercedes dealership for service. In fact I will purchase another model car. I have been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years. The dealerships just want to meet there quota and financial objective fur that month. They will manufacture defects knowing that as consumers we are not educated enough to determine the facts of there findings. When I spoke to the manager I told him that I had the car checked at another certified mechanic shop that I use at times. They didn’t find any problems that this Mercedes dealer manufactured and found. I have the diagnostic paperwork showing the findings of a certified mechanic. I am currently speaking with my attorney in hopes if pursuing legal action against Mercedes dealership repair facilities. If you need to speak to me in regards to this matter. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealer if you are a resident of Delaware. The dealership charges the full Delaware tax on the purchase and it is up to the customer to deal with the state if you are a resident of Delaware. The dealership charges the full Delaware tax on the purchase and it is up to the customer to deal with the state of Delaware to obtain any tax credits/refunds that are due to the customer from a trade or total loss situation. The dealership and and the sales agent were not all helpful in assisting the customer with the title/tag process so that the customer can file the necessary form with the state of Delaware. In addition, the sales agent is totally unresponsive to emails and texts. More
