I had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. I recently stopped in the dealership to ask for help setting up my Bluetooth, and I was greeted at the door by a sales manager, Mike Ferlege Chester. I recently stopped in the dealership to ask for help setting up my Bluetooth, and I was greeted at the door by a sales manager, Mike Ferleger, who spoke with me and personally helped in setting up my Bluetooth. After he was finished, he offered to have my car washed and asked if I was interested in having my car appraised, because they are always helping people trade up. Though I am not currently in the market for a new car, I am certain I will go to Mike Ferleger at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester when the time comes. More
We armed ourselves with printouts and defensive plans before we walked in to buy our new car, but there was no need. The Team was attentive, creative, diligent, persistent, flexible and completely customer focused. They listened to my needs and concerns and kept working to make it happen, until I almost couldn't say No. flexible and completely customer focused. They listened to my needs and concerns and kept working to make it happen, until I almost couldn't say No. They continually emphasized wanting my repeat business and kept searching for possibilities and accomodations that would make the transaction work. If one of them was out of the office, they had another team member follow up. Felt like the ball was never dropped. It was refreshing to have salesmen actually listen to you and to have them be more concerned with big picture customer satisfaction over the prospect of quickly closing a deal. They actually even talked me out of some unnecessary additional features I thought I wanted and worked to accomodate or switch out some features that I really wanted, but which they did not have in stock. Ultimately the creativity exhibited in fashioning the deal was most remarkable. Since completing the transaction, they have followed up with me on several occasions to ensure I was satisfied. These are expensive, but fanatastic automobiles. It is nice to have a level of customer service commensurrate with the undisputed excellence of the vehicles and helps you to feel like you have made a doubly wise choice. A great experience! More

This is the 6th new Mercedes I have taken delivery of from Andy George of Mercedes of West Chester- and I find Andy to be exceptional to deal with: he is a true professional- not only extremely knowledga from Andy George of Mercedes of West Chester- and I find Andy to be exceptional to deal with: he is a true professional- not only extremely knowledgable about the product line and the financing options, but always thinking about my specific situation(my family, my business, my personal needs) and what would work best for me. Case in point- while other reps may tell you that your new Mercedes comes with an "information" link, Andy tells me "what this means to you is that while sitting at your desk, before you get on the road for a business trip, you can download the address you are going to remotely into the cars NAV system, and it will be ready to go when you get in the car." (Something I've now done 4 times in the first week of owning the car- along with having the car finding a Zagat rated Italian restaurant in a town I've never been in before, and having the car's linked Concierge service get me a ticket to see Dave Matthews- I kid you not.) Andy is just always thinking about ME, my family, and making recommendations that make a difference in my life. I'm going to live with these vehicles for three years, and Andy makes certain I don't make a mistake. I'm thrilled with my new GL550- which isn't surprising given that Andy sold it to me. More
I had my car towed in for a problem with the key. I was told that I would have a loaner car available to 2 days until my key arrived. The key was $418 ???????????? After being charged way over what I should have, I look at my credit card statement and I was charged $122 for the loaner car. We had talked to a sales person and filled out all the paper work for a new car. We were approved and waiting and waiting for someone from service to call back. NO ONE EVEN called back. Cut off on the phone 3 times and was treated like we didnt matter to anyone. I guess when you get someones money thats it. I will not buy a new car mainly because of your service.Its not always about the money its about how to treat people. Poor service and word of mouth can truly give any company a bad reputation. This is my first Mercedes E350 coupe and honestly I had a little buying "jitter" before I was contacted by Clint. He offered me a very decent price that no other dealers across VA, MD, PA, NJ, and NY can match. One competing salesman from another dealer even congratulated me on such a great deal when he heard of the price. I traded in an old car, and Clint managed to help me match the price quote from Carmax. I am satisfied with the trade-in. And the rest of purchasing experience was great all the way through. The business manager is also friendly, patient, and generous on offering me a nice deal on the wheel & tire protection plan. Clint showed me most of the cool features. The whole process took a little longer than I expected, but given how many clients this dealer has each day, I don't any problem with it. More
