I emailed the organization when it was time to look for a new car. I purchased my previous car, a Mazda, while I was in college, and decided that at almost 10 years old, it was time for a new one. I was curious about the MB GLK, and was immediately contacted by someone who put me in the direction of Klaus. He was very patient with me as I told him what I was looking for, explained my concerns, and asked questions. Being a 29 year old single woman, the only thing I know about cars I learned from my dad, and this was going to be my first luxury car. I was prepared with a list of questions to ask, and sat with Klaus for almost 2 hours while we test drove the car and looked at every little detail. He even found an incentive that I qualified for, but was unaware of. I don't know of many sales people that will do that. I enjoyed getting a tour of the dealership and service department. I always appreciate people who are passionate about cars-all cars-not just the ones that they sell. I think that they best part of my experience was that Klaus was not a stereotypical car salesman-he wasn't pushy, he wasn't condescending. He didn't come across as some other sales people do-where they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by spending time with you. While I am 29, I look to be in my early 20s, and not a single person in the dealership judged me or acted dismissive. Often times I have run into the "can she afford it?" "isn't she too young to have a car like this?" "is she just wasting our time?" attitudes, and this was the first time I didn't experience that. Over the last year, I can't tell you how many times I decided against getting a car that I was looking at, just because the sales person treated me as though I was a child and not worth their time. Klaus was not only attentive, but he was honest. He called me or emailed me regularly until my next scheduled visit to see if I had any questions and discuss the car. This was something that I really appreciated. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but also Klaus, as he is probably the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Please go see him! More

I went in to find a car to replace the SUV I had been driving for the past 4 years. I was greeted by Clint as soon as I approached the front door but it wasnt pushy or an uncomfortable sales pitch - it driving for the past 4 years. He was able to show me the cars I was interested in without feeling pressure to make an on the spot decision, rather showed me a variety of cars, models and explained all features so I felt secure in picking the right one. I actually went back a 2nd time with my husband and after test driving several cars and not being positive Clint came driving through the lot screaming "This is the one! I found the car that's gonna make you say THATS IT!" and I must say, he actually did find the perfert car! Clint worked with us to make sure we werent just satisfied with the decision but thrilled! I can honestly say when I am ready to purchase my next car I'll be sure to go back to the same dealer - oh and the fresh popcorn and cookies are a great distraction for antsie kids!!! More

I live locally to West Chester MB, yet hadn't bought my previous MB cars there due to poor experiences shopping and pricing the cars. Three years ago, i went in and sat with the sales manager and exp my previous MB cars there due to poor experiences shopping and pricing the cars. Three years ago, i went in and sat with the sales manager and explained why i had never bought my cars there, but did use their service department, which was and continues to be terrific. Andy George apologized and explained that dealership had just changed ownership and he would personally walk me through the purchase of 2 cars, 1 E class sedan and 1 E class wagon. It all went well, both with salesperson he hhad working with him as well as the delivery. Now 3 years later we just went into exchange the sedan for a E class convertible and again the experience was spectacular. The price negotiation was fair and the delivery flawless. My confidence level in this dealership has gone up 1000% and will be trading the wagon in shortly for a new sedan and would not go anywhere else but West Chester. I don't need to price check and I know the whole experience will be great once again. The new ownership has really made it a pleasure to shop there. Thanks to all at MB of WC. More
