I've just completed the purchase of my second new Mercedes and I couldn't have been happier with my salesman Klaus Perchiniak. The experience was top shelf from start to finish. I talked to four other dealers via the Internet and in person and only felt as though I was offered a fair deal right upfront with no haggling at Mercedes of Westchester. Klaus worked with me patiently throughout the process during which I changed my mind numerous times about models, colors, features etc. I was offered a fair trade in value and even though I ended up selling my older car myself Klaus walked me through the process of selling the vehicle. It took me 10 months to finalize the details of my purchase and Klaus and his Sales Manager Ned Brozak treated me with courtesy and respect throughout the process. Klaus even spent an entire day delivering my car and demonstrating the features in 100 degree heat. I just can't say enough about this experience and I share my positivity with anyone who asks. I trust this dealership and will go out of my way big time ( it's in another state) to service my new car there ; ) More

I could not be more satisfied with this dealer. Everybody that i dealt with was very professional and I did not feel pressured into making a deal. Clinton and his management offered fair value for our trade-in even though we didn't have it with us and they took us at our word as to the condition of the trade-in. After we agreed to the deal, Clinton spent more than expected time with us going over the features of the vehicle and showing us how everything worked. I emailed the organization when it was time to look for a new car. I purchased my previous car, a Mazda, while I was in college, and decided that at almost 10 years old, it was time for a new one. I was curious about the MB GLK, and was immediately contacted by someone who put me in the direction of Klaus. He was very patient with me as I told him what I was looking for, explained my concerns, and asked questions. Being a 29 year old single woman, the only thing I know about cars I learned from my dad, and this was going to be my first luxury car. I was prepared with a list of questions to ask, and sat with Klaus for almost 2 hours while we test drove the car and looked at every little detail. He even found an incentive that I qualified for, but was unaware of. I don't know of many sales people that will do that. I enjoyed getting a tour of the dealership and service department. I always appreciate people who are passionate about cars-all cars-not just the ones that they sell. I think that they best part of my experience was that Klaus was not a stereotypical car salesman-he wasn't pushy, he wasn't condescending. He didn't come across as some other sales people do-where they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by spending time with you. While I am 29, I look to be in my early 20s, and not a single person in the dealership judged me or acted dismissive. Often times I have run into the "can she afford it?" "isn't she too young to have a car like this?" "is she just wasting our time?" attitudes, and this was the first time I didn't experience that. Over the last year, I can't tell you how many times I decided against getting a car that I was looking at, just because the sales person treated me as though I was a child and not worth their time. Klaus was not only attentive, but he was honest. He called me or emailed me regularly until my next scheduled visit to see if I had any questions and discuss the car. This was something that I really appreciated. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but also Klaus, as he is probably the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Please go see him! More
