He spent plenty of time helping me find the right car at the right price, and was exceptionally knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. When I picked up my new car, he thoroughly reviewed all of the features and made sure I was comfortable with how everything operated (he helped me setup the Bluetooth, iphone, etc). Thomas Marinucci was extremely helpful with providing me with the necessary information about leasing the 2014 300 C-Class 4 matic MB. When the test drive was done we went back to his office and he took us on a tour of the Parts/Maintenance department and explained all the necessary information about what goes on when you bring your car in for maintenance. He explained all the options they had to offer on leasing the C-Class, and answered all of our questions. Thomas, his manager, and the finance department worked very hard to meet my needs, and was very personable with my husband and I. Clint approached me while I was browsing in a friendly, non-imposing manner which put me at ease to speak to him candidly about what my intentions were. When I told Clint what I was considering, he took me to a vehicle that I had my eye on. He asked thoughtful questions about my needs and it was apparent that he listened because he related my needs to specific features that the car had. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to compare the new features to the features I had in my older car (a 2006 Mercedes). During the test drive, he pointed out features that I likely wouldn't have noticed. After the test drive, we sat and chatted more about my intentions. Clint described attractive financial options which led me to believe that going with a brand new vehicle now instead of a used one in 3 - 4 months was feasible. We ended up cutting a deal that was well within my budget and I left with a car that I'm extremely happy with. Overall the experience was very positive and everyone that I came in contact with during the process was friendly and very customer service oriented. In the end, I don't feel like I was "sold a car", but rather that the team there worked with me to meet my needs and requirements. They have a customer for life. More

I talked to four other dealers via the Internet and in person and only felt as though I was offered a fair deal right upfront with no haggling at Mercedes of Westchester. Klaus worked with me patiently throughout the process during which I changed my mind numerous times about models, colors, features etc. I was offered a fair trade in value and even though I ended up selling my older car myself Klaus walked me through the process of selling the vehicle. It took me 10 months to finalize the details of my purchase and Klaus and his Sales Manager Ned Brozak treated me with courtesy and respect throughout the process. Klaus even spent an entire day delivering my car and demonstrating the features in 100 degree heat. I just can't say enough about this experience and I share my positivity with anyone who asks.
