Terrible customer service and lack of ethics I started working with this dealership long before Marc was the GM and had excellent service . I was also sent ,in writing,"private exclusive offers " to purchase new vehicles and replied with my interest in purchasing only to later find that Marc has refused to honor these same offers . He and his staff are tarnishing the Mercedes brand with the business belief of quantity overall quality . Marc lacks ethical and moral character and should be replaced . All of the above has been documented in writing . Go to another dealership as I have spoken to others that have had similar issues . More

Very pleasant car buying experience I came across the availability of a particular used car at this dealership while I was doing an online search. I then called up the dealership and got an appointment. When I went to the dealership at the assigned time, I was introduced with Clinton who helped me with the rest of the experience. He was extremely understanding on what I was looking for, explained the details of the car, took me for a test drive, helped me with the financing and the rest of the buying process. He also followed up a couple of days later on how the car was doing and set up follow up service appointments. Overall a very good car buying experience. Would certainly recommend this dealership. Thomas Marinucci was extremely helpful with providing me with the necessary information about leasing the 2014 300 C-Class 4 matic MB. When the test drive was done we went back to his office and he took us on a tour of the Parts/Maintenance department and explained all the necessary information about what goes on when you bring your car in for maintenance. Thomas, his manager, and the finance department worked very hard to meet my needs, and was very personable with my husband and I. Came into the dealership for service on my existing car but had the intention of potentially purchasing a used vehicle in the upcoming months. Clint approached me while I was browsing in a friendly, non-imposing manner which put me at ease to speak to him candidly about what my intentions were. When I told Clint what I was considering, he took me to a vehicle that I had my eye on. He asked thoughtful questions about my needs and it was apparent that he listened because he related my needs to specific features that the car had. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to compare the new features to the features I had in my older car (a 2006 Mercedes). During the test drive, he pointed out features that I likely wouldn't have noticed. After the test drive, we sat and chatted more about my intentions. Clint described attractive financial options which led me to believe that going with a brand new vehicle now instead of a used one in 3 - 4 months was feasible. We ended up cutting a deal that was well within my budget and I left with a car that I'm extremely happy with. Overall the experience was very positive and everyone that I came in contact with during the process was friendly and very customer service oriented. In the end, I don't feel like I was "sold a car", but rather that the team there worked with me to meet my needs and requirements. They have a customer for life. More
