I think Juan provided excellent customer service including delivering the vehicle. I was disappointed in the fact there was no warranty at all and I feel the dealership could have sanded and painted including delivering the vehicle. I was disappointed in the fact there was no warranty at all and I feel the dealership could have sanded and painted some of the scratches out of the bumpers. I paid $500 to date out of pocket after purchasing this car outright for close to 8k. I would think an industry leader like Mercedes would make more of an effort even though the car was used. Communication was not a Priority. A lot of issues w/Service. I was told vehicle wasn’t being looked @ & it had not been taken in until I called. My phone alerted me. Enterprise charged my cc for no r w/Service. I was told vehicle wasn’t being looked @ & it had not been taken in until I called. My phone alerted me. Enterprise charged my cc for no reason. Service Manager told me that issues w/Enterprise was between me & Enterprise. It was an unpleasant experience. More
