Expensive service for an oil change and inspection…expected. A $30 charge for a two hour loaner…really? Busch league. Neither BMW nor Infiniti charge for a loaner. It seems like a petty inspection…expected. A $30 charge for a two hour loaner…really? Busch league. Neither BMW nor Infiniti charge for a loaner. It seems like a petty method of making a few extra bucks for what I thought was a brand who was concerned with reputation. It’s not the $30 that gets me…it’s the practice and the fact that the charge was not mentioned when I made the appointment. My next vehicle will not be a Mercedes. More

Offered a loaner we had to rent through Enterprise. Using Enterprise was not the issue but having to waste time going through what was, essentially, renting a vehicle, was unnecessary and time consuming. Please don't even ask about our experience buying the vehicle. We had 3 sales agents throughout the process despite the fact that we were happy with the one we were working with. They could not get the vehicle to us for weeks despite it being in NY. More
