Poor customer service experience I was given an appointment to come in for driver airbag replacement . I showed up and after nearly a two hour wait i was told that the airbag was not I was given an appointment to come in for driver airbag replacement . I showed up and after nearly a two hour wait i was told that the airbag was not available and needed to be ordered. That was more than a month ago and as we speak i still haven't received a call from the dealer to advice me to come in . .I bought a brand new 2007 GL 450 from this dealer when they first came out and i cant believe that i am getting such poor customer service experience. Bad service experience When I arrived to pick up my car i was told the service center lost my key. I waited over an hour while they searched for it and finally had to leave When I arrived to pick up my car i was told the service center lost my key. I waited over an hour while they searched for it and finally had to leave in a rental because I was very late to an appointment. 3 hours later they called to say they finally found it in the cup holder of another vehicle. While my service manager was very apologetic, it was a huge inconvenience. I've always had great service at this location and hope that this was an isolated incident. More
