The Personal Service made us feel as though we were the only people Angelo was dealing with even though there were many customers and Angelo’s phone rang often. They didn’t have the exact options we wanted, but Angelo immediately contacted another dealer and had the vehicle brought to us. All features of the SUV were thoroughly explained during and after the test drive. I have called Angelo several time with minor questions and he called back immediately. We felt were given a fair price with no pressure to buy or upgrade. Angelo made buying the GLC an enjoyable experience and we will definitely purchase our next car from him. As I noted in the title, the entire process was “Above and Beyond” our expectations. More

Understaffed Check engine light was on for 5 months, I called in several times to see if the parts was in then forgot about it meanwhile the part came in but no on Check engine light was on for 5 months, I called in several times to see if the parts was in then forgot about it meanwhile the part came in but no one called me. Then they had my car for three days with no one answering the phone to let you know when it would be done after being told it was a couple hour job. And they didn’t pick up my car needed an oil change which was pre-paid with the lease. Very disappointing. More

Amazing experience with Mercedes! We had an amazing experience with Mercedes. We had contacted the showroom with what we were interested in looking at. When we arrived, Eric made us fe We had an amazing experience with Mercedes. We had contacted the showroom with what we were interested in looking at. When we arrived, Eric made us feel right at home. He explained everything about the car. He took the time to go through how everything worked before going on our test drive. We were positive that this was the car for us. On our way back to his office from our test drive, we were able to compare the model that we drove with two other models. After looking at the 3 similar models next to each other, we decided that we would like to drive one of the other models. Again, Eric took the time to locate the car and explain the similarities and differences between the two models. After our second test drive, I knew this was the car for me. Eric listened to what we wanted in a car and made sure to find the car of our dreams. He located the exact car we wanted. It was in the warehouse. He had the car delivered the next day for us to look at. It was exactly what I wanted. When we picked up the car, Eric sat with us to go over all of the features, buttons, etc. in the car. He made sure I knew what everything did. He even told us that we could call him and come in anytime for him to go over anything that we had a question about. The manager, Miguel came out to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for purchasing from them. This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff Had to bring in my car for body work after being rear ended. Matt was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance as they were asking for a lot.
