Chrisian was great but other than that everyone else were not very helpful. No one reached out to me till I called them about my car even after 4 week out of planned delivery date. Closing / final fina not very helpful. No one reached out to me till I called them about my car even after 4 week out of planned delivery date. Closing / final finance aspect was worst it took 3 hours for me to get my car even after all formalities were done. they were not even aware my check was delivered etc... lot of waste of time and worst services More

Mike was able to find me my 4x4 Sprinter van with all the upgrades I wanted. In this crazy auto market I searched at least 5 other dealers. The price was fair (no markup) and zero pressure. I think Juan provided excellent customer service including delivering the vehicle. I was disappointed in the fact there was no warranty at all and I feel the dealership could have sanded and painted including delivering the vehicle. I was disappointed in the fact there was no warranty at all and I feel the dealership could have sanded and painted some of the scratches out of the bumpers. I paid $500 to date out of pocket after purchasing this car outright for close to 8k. I would think an industry leader like Mercedes would make more of an effort even though the car was used.
