It was with great reluctance we change brands, certainly not from our experience, but the brand changed to meet the changing market. When we entered the dealership for the first time, everyone treated us as though we were long time customers. The decision to change brands was difficult, due to our pervious history. Now nearly a year with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, all that has changed is the brand name on our two new cars. We are both extremely pleased and know we made the right decision. More
