In May of this year my husband and I decided that we would go looking for what I call my "dream car". One day we drove down to West Chester and Will Jones came out to greet us. When you are car shopping you know that for the most part a salesperson is going to be nice because they want your business, but that was not the case with Will. From the time he greeted us we felt the genuineness of this very professional gentleman, that made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. A decision was not made that day because it was late on a Friday evening, but we felt it was truly worth our time to stop in because we had such an enjoyable experience talking with Will. After discussing and comparing information from the dealership near our home, by the end of the next week, we returned and purchased our 2013 E350, "my little blessing". I firmly believe that we were led to visit the West Chester dealership and to meet Will Jones, for we not only met a very warm, informative, experienced sales professional, we feel we have met a new friend. After driving by the Mercedes dealership I decided to stop in and see if a Mercedes was out of my price range. I was greeted by Will Jones and explained that I would like to trade in my current two door stop in and see if a Mercedes was out of my price range. He was very patient in listening to all of my concerns and assured me that I would get a great trade in value. As we walked around the lot he showed me both used and new cars, I left the lot that day in a used Lexus in mint condition. Even though I bought a used vehicle, I was treated with the same respect as if bought a new Mercedes. I would recommend Will to anyone in the future. More

I PURCHASED A 2003 BMW FOR $10,000 WHICH I UNDERSTAND I PURCHASED A 2003 BMW FOR $10,000 WHICH I UNDERSTAND ISNT A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP,BUT IT WAS ALL I HAD.I HAVE HAD THE C I PURCHASED A 2003 BMW FOR $10,000 WHICH I UNDERSTAND ISNT A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP,BUT IT WAS ALL I HAD.I HAVE HAD THE CAR ABOUT THREE WEEKS,I HAVE RAN THRU ABOUT A HALF A TANK OF GAS AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME IT WAS A LOOSE GAS CAP,I SHOULD TIGHTEN IT UP AND DRIVE IT FOR A WEEK AFTER A WEEK I HAD A LOCAL SHOP PUT IT ON THIER COMPUTOR AND RACK AND THEY TOLD ME IT HAD A OIL LEAK ON THE MOTOR AND A LEAKING SHOCK IN THE REAR,THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON BECAUSE OF A COOLING ISSUE,WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER THEY SAID SINCE I DID NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING,WHICH BEING A USED CAR I WOULD UNDERSTAND,BUT I HAVE BARELY USED A HALF A TANK OF GAS AND IT HAS ALL THESE PROBLEMS,WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR I WAS TOLD THIER MECHANICS HAD DONE A THROUGH INSPECTION OF THE CAR AND EVERTHING WAS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. AM I REALLY SUPPOSE TO BELIEVE THIS ALL HAPPENED OVER 175 MILES, OR ARE THIER MECHANICS REALLY THIS BAD.WHEN I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP IN WHAT WAS A NEW CAR TO ME I WAS VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY CAR AND THE DEALERSHIP, EVIDENTLY I WAS VERY WRONG.I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO TRUSTS THIER SALESPEOPLE OR THIER MECHANICS.
