Overall very good experience. There was a problem with the car and they fixed it and let me come back and test drive again. Did not get all 5's because there were multiple times where I had to play the wa the car and they fixed it and let me come back and test drive again. We were actually on the internet searching local dealerships for a certified pre-owned Lexus when we happened upon Westchester Mercedes Benz and a certified pre-owned 2011 C300. First and far most we couldn't believe price! The car had all of the amenities that I was looking for and the mileage was far more than acceptable it was incredible! We called and was provided with the necessary information from West Chester Mercedes Benz, and received a call from Brian Murphy; did I mention it was snowing and one of the worse days we've had this year in Cincinnati! Brian asked if we wanted to come out to test drive and we jumped on it! From the moment we met Brian we were sold, he was courteous, more important he was just very friendly and we were very comfortable from the introduction on! Did I Mention it was snowing? He offered us a test drive and we were off. He was very knowledgeable about the C Class and that knowledge sold both of us on the car. Did I mention it was snowing? The weather was so bad that West Chester Mercedes Benz had allowed most of it's employees to leave but Brian stayed with us all the way and the dealership stayed open for us! That was customer service at an all new level! My wife and I know customer service, I 'am retired from IBM with 25 years and my wife retired from American Airlines with 40 years. Brian Murphy epitomizes the individuals that we worked with at our respective companies and he epitomizes elements that we so dearly miss in this so called busy world of ours; professionalism, honesty and integrity. All I can say is "Wow" !! I went into my "buying-experience" expecting to be blown away only by a new Mercedes car, but the entire process matched the awesomeness of the vehicle. From start to finish, from the minute Milton Hughes introduced himself, as I was stepping out of my old car, to the day I drove off the lot in my new CLA250, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and "over-the-top" assistance by Milton and Tom. I have owned several businesses, and know what works and doesn't in client/customer relationships, so it comes with a lot of experience when I say that Milton and the West Chester Mercedes team know their stuff. I was looking for a black on black CLA250 with a few options, and when another Mercedes dealership did not have the time of day to find one for me, Milton did his magic and found the perfect car for me inside of a week. Now that was impressive, especially when all the new CLAs are being sold faster than they can be produced!!! (The other Mercedes dealership told me I could order one but then have to wait four to six months before delivery!!) But what i truly appreciated from Milton and Tom was their "down-to-earth" and friendly sales attitude. I really did not care much for another overly pretentious Mercedes salesman, which I was bracing myself for as I drove up to the West Chester dealership looking for a new car. Instead I was greeted by a true cowboy who treats the cars like his beautiful horses and me just like one of the ranch dudes! To sum it all up, it was truly all my pleasure to have purchased my new car from West Chester Mercedes store. I wish Milton and the West Chester Mercedes team much success in the new year. More
