On July 26, I brought my 2018 GLC300 for scheduled servicing (B0). The assistant service manager, Mr. Thomas Allen pointed out that my tires were at a point of needing replacement and provided me with servicing (B0). The assistant service manager, Mr. Thomas Allen pointed out that my tires were at a point of needing replacement and provided me with a detailed breakdown of the total cost. I told him that I wanted to check around and do some comparison pricing. I'm happy to say that the dealer estimate was favorably priced! I am scheduled to get my new tires tomorrow (July 29). I am very pleased with the dealership. More
Deceptive service advisors.... asked for only what I needed done on my 10k mile A service. I was charged $600-700 and told this is what I needed, only to find out in my contract it states service A shou needed done on my 10k mile A service.
