The customer service is good but the wait time was too long & they don’t have a food place. I was there for 4 hours with nothing to eat. After driving 1 1/2 hours for my appointment to have a part installed, I found out that the part had never been ordered. This after being told the part was at the dealership! Excellent and efficient despite shortages of product and help. The car did have to stay a few days and I did get a loaner. I feel though I should have been called to cancel and reschedule.
