I had an unexpected repair come up on a Saturday morning, and was scheduled to travel out of town later that day. I called the service department of MB of Wesley Chapel, and Austin (service advisor) was able and was scheduled to travel out of town later that day. we were very pleased with Vinny, we were ok with the deal but waiting over two hours to get into f&i and watching two customers who came in after us get in ahead of us was not one of my favorite times. we fi but waiting over two hours to get into f&i and watching two customers who came in after us get in ahead of us was not one of my favorite times. we finally were forced to let Vinny know 15 minutes and were leaving .
