we were very pleased with Vinny, we were ok with the deal but waiting over two hours to get into f&i and watching two customers who came in after us get in ahead of us was not one of my favorite times. we fi but waiting over two hours to get into f&i and watching two customers who came in after us get in ahead of us was not one of my favorite times. we finally were forced to let Vinny know 15 minutes and were leaving . Sad but I was f&i before and a sales manage as well as a gm before and I know the f&i wanted the people who had a chance of making them money as we were cash and were never going to purchase anything. I went to the dealer for a multipoint inspection,and it took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get my car fix and leave after a 10 hours of waiting.
