My salesman at WCMB was Aymen, who was great. I test drove the model I wanted, but didn't care for the one they had in stock. About two weeks later he called to say a new color had arrived. Of course, then there is the 4-hour drudgery of the actual purchase, which seems unavoidable at any car dealership. DON'T TRUST THEIR PREOWNED CARS AND DON'T TRUST WHEN THEY SAY THE CAR IS READY TO GO AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. I bought a Pre owned Mercedes GL 450, believing it would be better to get it directly from SAY THE CAR IS READY TO GO AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. I bought a Pre owned Mercedes GL 450, believing it would be better to get it directly from the dealer (I bought it on saturday and picked it up on monday because they said they had to get it ready for me)on my way home the car overheated, the seats went crazy folding down, I talk to the seller about this and he said to take it back (overtheating I was amazed) to the dealer again, they offer me to fix the car, the car was already overheated and I do not want a car knowing this had happened to it, I asked for a refund, the seller said 2 or 3 days to get my money back, I wait 3 days and then show up at the dealer to pick up the check and the manager then said 10 days. NOW I don't have a car, I can't get one because they have my money, is this a revenge for not getting a car from them when you don't trust their quality anymore after what happened? More
