Unsurpassed Customer Service by the Sales Mgr. Neal Dossett My experience with Neal (the sales Manager) couldn't have been better. I came to the dealership after having bought a Mercedes from a small dealership. I didn't get questions answered from the place I bought it. It came with no owners manual and they could't hook my bluetooth up. I also had a license plate not put on properly and a fuse out of my charger. Neil was so kind, knowing full well I was not buying from him that day. He assisted me with EVERYTHING and was so kind and gracious regardless. I will, without a doubt purchase a vehicle from Neil or his sale team at Mercedes-Benz Wesley Chapel the next time I purchase a car. In the mean time I will refer anyone in the market. Comparing this dealer to the Tampa ........................Wesley Chapel blows Tampa away!!! Go see Neil Dossett!!!! More

Extremely satisfying. All the staff were excellent, specially our salesperson. She was laid back, not pushy. Willing to demo all vehicles and answer all our questions. She All the staff were excellent, specially our salesperson. She was laid back, not pushy. Willing to demo all vehicles and answer all our questions. She was courteous and diligent. Once we settled on a vehicle she quickly presented our offer and worked with management to get the deal done. At the time of delivery she went through all the specifics and scheduled a follow up for missed or unaddressed issues. Management and business office were also very easy to work with. Overall it made our experience one that will certainly get us to come back when we are ready for the next vehicle. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and in particular Ms. Hager. More
Prepare for a Big Rip Off People that I met in "service" were unfriendly & dishonest. They did not repair my car correctly and broke the key. I had my car towed in, because the People that I met in "service" were unfriendly & dishonest. They did not repair my car correctly and broke the key. I had my car towed in, because the engine light was on. When I went to pick up my car the key was in 3 parts zip tagged together! It was missing the spring and button to open the key. They said that it had come that way. However it could not have been since how could they have started it to repair it? The person who was supposed to drive my car to door came back and said that he could not start the car that way. The person in charge for service that evening taped it together for me, but now I could not close the key. They quoted me $310.00 to replace key. I later found out from a parts dept quote that the key was 1/2 that price. Thankfully, I have a spare ! We left with the engine light off, drove to Wire Grass mall which was down the street, parked car, shopped and on our way home the light was back on in front of this dealership! It was closed by then. At most, I drove my car 3 miles before light came back on. When I returned the car they were quoting me a "deal" of $500.00 off the repair that should have been done in the first place. I had the work done by the Tampa dealership instead. They quoted me and charged me the same price as the supposed "deal" from Wesley Chapel. I did not tell them about the other quote. Tampa is more honest & nicer. I will make the longer drive for better service and can only warn you that the Wesley Chapel dealer is shady. Beware if you dare. More

Mixed Feelings on Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel So I know this is going to be a lengthy review, but I think sticking with me through it will give you a general sense of my family's recent experience So I know this is going to be a lengthy review, but I think sticking with me through it will give you a general sense of my family's recent experience here. We were attracted to this location based on its convenient location to where we live and also it's a pretty new place so figured it would be nice to give some business to a newer establishment in the neighborhood. So to start, my dad recently decided he wanted to trade in his fairly new 2010 Lexus with 21k miles for a new Benz. I had done plenty of research at local dealers inventory and found the perfect color/option match in a 2015 E350 located here. I knew what the invoice price was, Edmunds price, and TrueCar prices all figured out to be. In addition, I'd done plenty of research on various sites to figure out the value of his trade. We were met by our sales person, Kristian Klotz, once we arrived and he showed us the exact vehicle we were looking for, which ironically was situated inside the showroom. The facility was brand new and impressive. Kristian was a key part of making this experience pleasant for us and all car sales people can learn something from the way he treats his customers. We took the test drive and decided this was something we'd be moving forward with. I laid out all the information I had and what we would be prepared to offer for the new car and what we would expect on the trade. That is where the tide shifted from a pleasant experience to a not so pleasant one. After a little bit of go between, the sales manager, Brian Harrigan, got involved. He came into our sales person's office area and proceeded to tell us we could take it or leave it and there was no room for negotiation on the ridiculously low amount offered to us for our trade. Mind you he was comparing the value of our same car with other comps that had more than double the mileage than ours did. He pretty much told us we could take it or leave and told me to do some more research on why his numbers were accurate and get back to them once I had. His condescending and rude attitude was something that none of us were expecting from someone who is supposed to be a professional member of management in a Mercedes Benz Dealership. We were appalled at Brian's behavior and tone and requested to speak to the GM of the dealership. The GM, Michael Kronk, must have overheard the commotion as I'm sure many customers around us did as well, and came over to find out what was going on. Michael took the time just as Kristian had to understand our concerns, go over our expectations, and went back to see what information the manager had wrongly conjured up to this point. When he came back he had a figure for the trade that was $2k more than the initial amounts that the previous manager, Brian, had told us was the final amount we would ever get from this dealership. Michael took the time to understand our concerns, listen to our reasoning, and do diligent research to make sure he was giving us accurate information, which is far less than Brian did or even attempted to do. Overall, had it not been for Kristian and Michael this would have been a 1 star review and we would not have even thought about giving this dealership any of our business. Working as a manager in a heavily customer service oriented industry myself, I'm not too sure how someone such as Brian has such a position at a Mercedes Benz Dealership. His tactics and rude personality are more fit to a 1980s used car dealership. I will say that the process after that with Finance and delivery of our new car went smoothly and ultimately my dad got the car he dreamed of owning. More
