Went to buy my first Benz. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. No communication. told me to just return the car. Comparing service offered by Helms Brothers which we had for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottl for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottles offered, just coffee. No snacks. Even with COVID-19, packaged snacks were served (snack bars). Also, car would get complete cleaning when released back to us. More
