This is the worst Dealership I have had to deal with. They tell you one thing and totally don't stand up to their word. They think because they are a Mercedes dealership that the RICH will take care of They tell you one thing and totally don't stand up to their word. And let me just mention that I have Purchased 4 Cars from this dealership and NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! More

I recently had issue with Brake Assist my car were at the dealership for 4 days. The mechanic, Tanden, were on top of it communicating with MBenz Help Desk until he resolved the issue. Meanwhile Service Advisor, Susan Cardoso, is calling me at least 2x/day giving me an update. Just what I expected she would do. She's very responsible and pleasant to deal with. Susan deserves 5-star for her professionalism and outstanding service. More
I contacted the dealership about the car advertised. I was quoted a price but told it wasn’t available for lease. That seemed strange since it was advertised as new. I went to the dealership (40 min away) was quoted a price but told it wasn’t available for lease. That seemed strange since it was advertised as new. I went to the dealership (40 min away) and learned it was a demo and not for sale yet. They needed to replace that car before it could be sold. Why was it advertised if not available???!!!! And they cannot tell me when it will be available. I guess the ploy is to lure you in to buy something more expensive. Absolutely a waste of my time. More
Went to buy my first Benz. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. No communication. told me to just return the car. I had this car for 4 days and 200 miles. unbelievable how poorly I was treated. Cal have ever had. No communication. told me to just return the car. I had to email them to see if they were refunding me or trying to find a different car. I paid cash with no discounts on anything I paid full asking price and was treated like trash. Comparing service offered by Helms Brothers which we had for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottl for several years while we were in NYC, this dealer lags far behind. Customer service - didn’t feel as welcomed here. Not as friendly. No water bottles offered, just coffee. No snacks. Even with COVID-19, packaged snacks were served (snack bars). Also, car would get complete cleaning when released back to us. More
