I would give zero stars if I could. Do not bring your car here. Take it to the Mercedes Benz of Tampa. The person who did NOT help with my car was Matthew Shronce. I brought my car in t Do not bring your car here. Take it to the Mercedes Benz of Tampa. The person who did NOT help with my car was Matthew Shronce. I brought my car in to get my speakers fixed. He assured me he would take a look at all speakers and get it fixed. Not only was he not able to get the fix covered by my extended warranty and charged my 1400 dollars, but when I got my car back, my speakers still sounded blown out. I immediately went back to Matthew not 5 minutes after leaving the dealership and he tells me, I’m simply playing my music too loud and I should taper the volume. The nerve after I just paid 1400 to get nothing fixed. So then I take it to Mercedes of Tampa, they find that my speakers ARE blown out and they fix it along with another handful of problems wesley chapel did not find when keeping my car OVERNIGHT when they said it would take 2 hours max. And to boot, the dealership of tampa was able to get everything covered by my warranty. I will be disputing my charge. I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed and outraged with my time with Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel, and Matthew Schronce. I would not like to be contacted again by him. More
