Location is difficult. Service is very expensive. This location seems to want to load on any service possible. Vague estimates.$$$$$ Service is very expensive. This location seems to want to load on any service possible. Vague estimates.$$$$$ More

First off let me say that it’s been the longest 6 months ever! October 2021 was my first ever Mercedes! A few weeks later I found out there was a feature missing and made me not want the car anymore.. Let m ever! October 2021 was my first ever Mercedes! A few weeks later I found out there was a feature missing and made me not want the car anymore.. Let me tell you if it wasn’t for our Salesman (RP)listening to me text him every week what stage the car was in until the final day when it arrived he’s a wonderful person and salesman he made sure to find me what I wanted with everything I was asking for. As for the the finances and negotiation these two guys were amazing!! Sam and Ed Purvis they made sure I was leaving yesterday with this new car! 8hrs of negotiations between them and my bank was all worth it! If you can handle the pressure they are the ones to talk to! I will be back just not in 6 months this time. Lol More
My beautiful 1999 SL500 failed to start after dinner on a Thursday night and was towed to the dealership. I called the next morning to brief them on the issues, and to advise them that I was a stranded trav Thursday night and was towed to the dealership. I called the next morning to brief them on the issues, and to advise them that I was a stranded traveler in a local hotel in need of a quick diagnosis. The dealership was too busy to find a way to accommodate my emergency request for priority, and didn't even look at my car until the following Tuesday. During this timeframe, my advisor (Thomas) was very difficult to reach. Over the course of the five days that they had my car, I was only able to speak with him once, despite leaving numerous messages on his answering machine. He texted me but twice during the interim prior to the car being ready, and then texted me twice again when it was ready for pick-up. I was never given an estimate to approve any repairs. The car problem wasn't even diagnosed until Tuesday. I knew what the "crank sensor" cost, and asked how much the hourly labor rate was? A different CSA (couldn't reach Thomas) told me that it was $209. Turns out that $209 is for a one-hour job. If the job takes two hours, the rate jumps to $248 per hour. Bottom line...No customer prioritization, very little CSA communication, and a job that I could have gotten done locally at a private shop run by a certified Mercedes "Master Mechanic" for under $400 cost me $805 at Wesley Chapel. Although the car was correctly repaired, I found vehicle parts in my trunk (battery cover) that had not been replaced by the service personnel. I won't be returning. More
