I recently moved to the area and had to take my car in for service. My service manager Alan Viera Sepulveda was amazing from the moment he introduced himself to my husband and I. He did a thorough inspection of my car, and sent me the inspection form which was easy to read and understand. He recommended a few things like a fuel injector and explained the purpose of it and I agreed. My car is purring like a kitten and I love it. Overall service was excellent and I will continue going to Mercedes Benz to keep my car running properly. More
Passing through. Car trouble. Service wants to set an appointment, loaners are 2 Weeks out. I ask to speak with service manager and am put on hold … after 12 min of Car trouble. I call and ask for the GM and he is useless… Doesn’t care I’m being treated like I’m bothering them with car trouble and suggests I deal with service. I inquired about trip interruption and all of a sudden I’m Speaking foreign tongue. xxx has happened to Mercedes Benz. They have absolutely fallen to the bottom of the barrel and my 19th Mercedes is my last. “Your call is important to us” xxxxxxxx More

Even though I was not shopping for a Mercedes, they did have a vehicle I'd been shopping for that someone had traded in for one. I was to meet with Howard but he was with a customer so he introduced Rodney have a vehicle I'd been shopping for that someone had traded in for one. I was to meet with Howard but he was with a customer so he introduced Rodney to me & my mom. Rodney was no doubt one of the nicest, very knowledgeable, informative, straight up - No B.S. salesman I had ever dealt with. After test driving the vehicle we went back to his office only to find out that someone was already signing the contract for the vehicle that I drove 2 1/2hrs to possibly buy. I can't begin to explain how crushed I was especially when I just test drove it. Rodney apologized several times as I was not his initial customer and wasn't aware of what vehicle I was there to test drive or that someone was already doing a contract on that vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with that issue but I have to say I would deal with them again if given the opportunity. From the Front desk, Rodney, Howard and all Mercedes staff, they treated me as if I was their to purchase the most expensive Mercedes on the lot. They were all truly courteous, friendly & most definitely as classy as the vehicles they sell!!! From my 1st step into the lobby to the last step leaving the building. When I signed up for my latest Mercedes lease (2nd car) I had tire insurance added on at Mercedes Benz of Tampa that I pay extra for each month which covers warranty for new tires. The first flat tire I had caused by a nail I was able to make it to MB of Tampa where it was replaced with no additional. This time I had another bolt in my tire where air was being lost so I brought to Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. I was told that an insurance company needed to review to pay ???? so I was instructed to pay now and then will be notified of decision??? First I should not have paid again. WHY AM I PAYING EACH MONTH FOR TIRE INSURANCE THEN! If I am not reimbursed the money I will then try to have Mercedes update my monthly payments by taking out ~tire insurance (being taken advantage of!) immediately. The cashier at Wesley Chapel MB when I gave her my credit card asked why am I paying and that I am covered until 2024. Something is wrong! ****This type of challenge from Mercedes gives me more then a feeling of mistrust and has changed my thought of a AMG Sl 63 (around the corner) as my next car. More
