Don't waste your time with these guys. Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement, they offer far below market value amounts on trade vehicle and are terrible at the most basi Spent all day trying to get a simple purchase agreement, they offer far below market value amounts on trade vehicle and are terrible at the most basic communication. They will not accommodate a remote vehicle closing or a spouse with a power of attorney for a vehicle purchase without playing games with the end goal of using high pressure tactics to sell extended warranties and other dealer added products. They are a typical high pressure car dealership with ZERO focus on customer service. More

Purchased a used SUV at this dealership. Suby the sales rep was very professional and courteous in walking us though the options available at the dealership. Also post the purchase addressed some of the lingering concerns regarding my vehicle. Sam also was helpful and laid out the options relating to payment. He worked with us in modifying the options as per our requirements. Overall a positive experience so far. Hopefully it remains like this so that in future when I upgrade I need not consider other dealership. More
