Had good service once I ordered a new key fob, but this dealership just doesn't seem to ever reply to any voicemails you leave them. How do I 20 minutes before anybody would even talk to me. Wanted to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee even though I had an extended warranty. The crazy part is they brought my wife in to look at possibly upgrading the vehicle. AutoNation has always been a scam. Had the same problem with a brand new Lincoln navigator in a battery replacement. Because I couldn’t find the receipt they wouldn’t replace the battery that was less than a year old steer clear from this conglomerate of scam artists. More

Service was good. The reason I wouldn't rate any higher is that it took an hour to drop the car off. I wanted to by a prepaid service plan and instead of just buying The reason I wouldn't rate any higher is that it took an hour to drop the car off. I wanted to by a prepaid service plan and instead of just buying the service plan, I had to go through Financing to buy the plan (even though I wasn't financing it). It took 5-10 minutes to get my car ready to be serviced and 50 minutes to but a service plan (about 40 of that was waiting). They need to find a better way to do this. Overall, the service was fine, but the amount of waiting for someone was not acceptable. More
