Purchased new MB GLE 53. Purchase went smoothly sales person seemed knowledgable and business manager was professional. But I was told my MB connect would be activated at dealer after I drove off. Never was done! After the sale they do not return emails or phone calls. Im frustrated. Called Mercedes 800 number and they said dealer has to do it. Not the level of customer service. I expected. This is my 3 rd MB but first at this dealer. Of the 3 dealers Ive done business with this one rates last for after sale follow up. More
