Purchase went smoothly. Unexpected trip in 3 days to Service All dealership personnel were friendly, gave instructions throughly and my husband and I would recommend this dealership. I have had an experience which I will share which reflects in no way to the dealership BUT to the quality of the Mercedes Benz product. My car was purchased on 8/22. On 8/24 my GLC300 began to leak liquid noticed by my husband on the floor of my garage. On 8/25 With only less than 50 miles on the new car the next morning the liquid on the floor had tripled in size. I drove the new car up to the dealership. They pinpointed the problem, gave me a loaner & proceeded to order a new radiator. It will be exactly 6 days when I have been told I will be able to pick up the car. The dealership has been very reassuring throughout this ordeal. I always desired a Mercedes but this ordeal could have turned into a nightmare if I had taken the 5 hr trip to Virginia by myself shortly after purchasing this vehicle. Plans had to be altered but mostly my trust in the Mercedes brand has been shaken. A new radiator in a new car to me is unthinkable. I hope to hear from a Mercedes Benz representative in the near future. More
