I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek with plans to peruse small SUVs. After visiting Mercedes, I had planned to go to Audi, BMW and Lexus. Upon arrival at Mercedes, Bao Ngo introduced himse plans to peruse small SUVs. After visiting Mercedes, I had planned to go to Audi, BMW and Lexus. Upon arrival at Mercedes, Bao Ngo introduced himself and asked if he might assist me. He listened carefully and immediately let me to just the vehicle for which I was looking. After test driving the GLA 250, I said to Bao, "Sell it to me". That was that. I looked no further. Bao explained in detail, and in lay terms, the various features of the GLA 250. As I had not planned to purchase a vehicle that day, I did not bring my checkbook with me. After completing the sales documents, Bao handed me the keys to my new GLA 250 W. He later drove from Walnut Creek to my home in Oakland to fetch my check. Above and beyond! Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek has Terrance Thomas. His role is to educate customers on the myriad features on their new vehicles. All Mercedes dealerships do not have a Terrance Thomas. Kudos to you, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek for Terrance Thomas.
