An overall dime-store experience Bizarre sales process. I received a price online, contacted their sales team with the price, came in the next day, and they had raised the price. Po Bizarre sales process. I received a price online, contacted their sales team with the price, came in the next day, and they had raised the price. Pointed out to the sales person that the price was different and he said they would honor the first quote. Go to the Sales Manager and he says it was a mistake and he won’t honor the price. I really didn’t know what to say. Felt bad for the sales guy. The next day they have the nerve to call back with an offer fron the Sales Manager to split the difference. We are talking $500 here. Any Sales Manager willing to throw his internet salesperson and in-house salesperson under the bus in front of a customer to try and squeeze an extra $500 is not worth dealing with. More
