Dishonest and no follow through Very dishonest from the beginning. I was told the quote for my car online was just a way to get me in the door. The salesperson (Nick) didn't explain anything on the features of the car. After I left I found some problems that should have been caught in the "Certified" inspection. Clearly it wasn't done. The only reason they called me back at all is because they forgot to collect the correct amount of money for the down payment. After that they wouldn't stop calling. My advice, stay away from this dealership. More

Hopefully my feedback will be used to ensure future customers at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek service department will have that “World Class Customer Experience” -that I never received. More
