Do not buy a car from this dealership sight unseen. The sales staff is dishonest and will not describe the car in its true condition. They sold me a low mileage 2-year-old CPO that was described to me The sales staff is dishonest and will not describe the car in its true condition. They sold me a low mileage 2-year-old CPO that was described to me as flawless but had chips and paint stains that are difficult to remove. They also shipped my car with a "dead empty" gas tank because they wanted to pay as little as possible for shipping charges even though I paid top dollars for the shipment. This is inherently not good for the car's fuel system. It could safely have been transported with a quarter tank. The car was also not cleaned AT ALL before delivery. ZERO!! There were gas receipts (ironic), fast food bills, etc. There were also loads of leaves under the hood! Zero preparation before shipping! Three weeks after we closed our deal, I got an email from them asking me for more money because they under charged me for registration. Mind you they did not even provide supporting documents to this claim. They held my registration back because I refused to pay it so long after the sale. As retribution, I didn't get my plates 6 weeks after we closed the sale. More

Had a fantastic experience with Andrew at Walnut Creek. Originally, I saw a spec available and reached out on their site, to my surprise, Christian provided all the information surrounding the vehicle and Originally, I saw a spec available and reached out on their site, to my surprise, Christian provided all the information surrounding the vehicle and offered to setup time to view. We ended up stopping by on a random day, to which he had Andrew setup to assist. Throughout the process, he gave no pressure to make anything happen, happily answered all the questions, concerns, and options. We were able to make a deal really quick and worked with John on the finance and paperwork digitally. Such an amazing experience and happy to return again for the next one. The overall quality of the dealership is A+. More
Leased a new EQS 450 from this dealership with a terrible post-sales customer service experience. Signed initial contracts to secure vehicle, took actual receipt of vehicle weeks later since they weren't yet post-sales customer service experience. Signed initial contracts to secure vehicle, took actual receipt of vehicle weeks later since they weren't yet on the lot, and found out that the lease contract still started on the initial contract date instead of when I actually recieved the vehicle. Promises were made by sales to make up for it with a one month payment off of the new lease with no actions taken at all to honor (very shady and questionable). Absolutely no communication from sales or finance after numerious texts and email. Even the GM is no where to be found in returning customer inquiries or helping to resolve. I've leased new vehicles from all Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Bay Area for the past 17 years and this has been the worst experiences I've ever had! More
