Our sales person Joe Tutakhil was great, no high pressure and he has wonderful product knowledge. As far as the dealership, we had our cashiers check made out for to much money they caught it and sent us a c and he has wonderful product knowledge. As far as the dealership, we had our cashiers check made out for to much money they caught it and sent us a check in 5 days, I would not have caught it. I had some questions about the car and its technology a few days after the we purchase it, the Product Concierge was off that day so the sales manager came out and helped me. A day before this location I visited the Pleasanton location and decided I would never buy a car at P Both Bao and Hany were incredible to deal with. A day before this location I visited the Pleasanton location and decided I would never buy a car at Pleasanton. The people there are horrible and have no decency or customer outlook. BaO and Hany were extremely customer focused and solved for all my needs. The finance guy got everything ready, and I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in under 60 mins including negotiation. Loved going here. More
