I leased an EQS 580 and were promised excellent service. Our experience thus far has been abysmal. Our tire and wheel coverage was not honored leaving us with a large bill. For such an expensive care we were not offered a loner car when we needed covered repairs and had to take a provided Uber ride back to my home. The sales manager promised to take care of our issues only to quit returning multiple call backs. I brought the car for tire replacement, I was sent out with 4 different tire pressures and had to immediately return to have this dangerous situation resolved. Since these experiences I have reached out to several sales leaders and have not had one reach out to me. The only bright spot was our sales representative Omar Khan, he has tried to find us help along the way. I so wish I could get out of this lease immediately even though I love this car! More
