Terrible Responsiveness. I bought my daughter a new 2022 Mercedes GLC 300 and it has developed a massive coolant leak. She called MB of Waco to get it fixed. They said they can't get to it for several days and they don't have any loaners. So I bought a Mercedes so my daughter can walk around Waco for several days until MB finds it convenient to get to it??? NO! The manager of the service dept, Lucas Richmond will NOT call me back. I now have a call into the GM of the whole place, Shelby Danner, and we'll see if he'll call me back. BTW, don't bother trying to get the operator, their recorded message is on an endless loop and won't connect you to an operator. WORST dealership I've ever experienced in the Mercedes line of cars. we took it in for service and registration inspection I got a quote of 950.00 including the reg insp. they charged over 1600.00and since it was insp. in austian tx. last year and it passed. so they did not got a quote of 950.00 including the reg insp. they charged over 1600.00and since it was insp. in austian tx. last year and it passed. so they did not do the insp. because the front had a little factory tint . now we have to go to a inspection tsation or have the wind shield replaced. we had to wait 3 days for them to tell they could not do inspection More
