My tire needed to be replaced and the MB Dealership had a tire in stock. They replaced it within 2 hours plus gave my car a beautiful wash. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked right in. The lady that check me in was helpful. I waited close to 5hrs due to living far away from dealer. Once I arrived home I check the oil level and seen that it measured right on the minimum m I waited close to 5hrs due to living far away from dealer. Once I arrived home I check the oil level and seen that it measured right on the minimum mark. I had to call the dealer to find out what type of oil was use so it coul add another quart just to get it closer to the full mark. After finished panicking over this issue then found out the particular filter wasn’t cleaned. For what I pay I was extremely disappointed in the service my sprinter received. Just wish I would have check it prior to leaving but I trusted the technician had did a good job. More

I brought my car in for recall service which was performed promptly. In addition I requested a multipoint courtesy inspection that was completed in a timely manner.
