Please Stay Away from these people especially if you are buying used.My wife and I bought a used van from them and it has been a disaster. First buying the car was xxxx as they only had one finance person who spent more time socializing with her co-workers than doing her job then there's the fact I have had the van for less than 3 months and have had to get the battery replaced, which I figured okay one minor problem no big deal. When the alternator went out I started to get concerned but again that's usually the first thing to go, so I got it replaced. Then came the coolant leaks, it is leaking coolant almost as fast as I put it in, I am out of money to repair the car and I can't get anyone from this place to to help as navigating their automated phone system is a nightmare. On top of all of this though, I have had the vehicle for less than three months and still no sign of the license plate, they sent me another temporary plate as if that fixes anything. I would give them zero stars if I could. I usually only try to post positive reviews but twenty thousand is a lot to spend on a 2 ton paperweight. More
I wish giving 0 stars was an option here, but unfortunately it’s not. My experience with the Mercedes Benz of Waco was actually pleasurable, all the way up until I was handed my keys; from then o unfortunately it’s not. My experience with the Mercedes Benz of Waco was actually pleasurable, all the way up until I was handed my keys; from then on, it has been the worst car experience I have ever faced. Within 48 hours of taking ownership of my brand new Benz, the car malfunctioned and I was unable to drive it. From then on, my experience with Waco and my rep Pablo was something I have warned all of my family and friends against. While I understand cars may have issues & that is well outside the control of the dealership, their response not what you expect when spending over $150k on a car. The rep (mentioned above) who got commission off of me was rude when we called on updates, the team overall lacked communication and were not keeping me well informed about the status of my vehicle. Rather than them keeping me informed, I had to go well out of my way to obtain status updates (most of which had responses of no updates). Having worked with Park Place/Sewell in the past, I am used to exceptional service. This was not anywhere near comparable to the experiences my family and I have had at the other dealerships. They claim to strive for excellence on their website, but from my experience that pretty much stops after you hand them a check and they secure their commission. More

The salesperson was very nice and courteous when purchased my vehicle. The problem started with getting the CPO certification from them. It took several days for the car they advertised as CPO to co purchased my vehicle. The problem started with getting the CPO certification from them. It took several days for the car they advertised as CPO to come through. My sunroof did not work even though it was CPO. I was told to take it to a dealership near me. I’m out of state. The next issue was with the title. I purchased the car on 12/2/23 and as of today 1/26/24 I still don’t have the title. I have called several times and essentially was told they had trouble finding the title and their third party titling company still had it. Poor customer service after the sale. Be careful doing business with them. More
