2 stars because of clean facilities and most staff are nice. However, comparing to other dealerships, this one is so mean, only coffee, water and very limited number of fresh baked cookies provided bef nice. BMW is more kids friendly with free drawing kits, snacks, fruit, pastries. Acura, BMW, Subaru... also more welcoming in the guest waiting area. Some other Mercedes dealerships offer free car wash upon request. BMW Valencia do the same thing. This dealership offer it only after car service. More

I came in for a key fob battery replacement and a question about my car. The man at the entrance refered me to Bill, a service consultant who filled out the paperwork to have my car checked and I was question about my car. Tony and his team took a situation I was unhappy with and turned it all around. He went above and beyond to pick up my car from my home, deliver a loner car and take care of all of my concerns.
