Sneaky and Rude Asistant Service Manager Jamie Rogers I always have my car service with Daniel Ventura who is a very nice guy and treated me nicely. But, when I want for my appointment today, Daniel was not there, I spoke to Sandro Rosario. He did not do what I scheduled and asked for, he tricked me with something else without explain to me clearly. I complained to the assistant service manager Jamie Rogers, Jamie was trying to covering up for Sandro Rosario and twice thing around to charge me over $50 more unexpected. Jamie is not only sneaky, also very rude. More

Terrible Customer Service I called today, December 8, 2017 to make a service appointment for my 2018 GLS 63 AMG to have 4 snow tires mounted and balanced. I purchased the tire I called today, December 8, 2017 to make a service appointment for my 2018 GLS 63 AMG to have 4 snow tires mounted and balanced. I purchased the tires from Tire Rack. I was told they can not mount them for me because I did not purchase the tires from Ray Catena. Absolutely Terrible customer service. They do not stock 22" snow tires and all they would have done is gone to Tire Rack, ordered them, and then marked them up and sold them to me. I will also be reporting this to MBUSA, as I can not believe that Corporate would want a dealer representing the brand like this. More

I am a 21 year old girl that is lucky enough to drive a 2010 Mercedes GLK that my dad bought for himself in 2010 and later gave to me. We have purchased many vehicles at the Ray Catena of Union which is why we have gotten our cars serviced here, and why my dad trusts me to bring the car to the service center. However, we are done with this center. They have tried to take advantage of me as a young woman with little car experience too many times. I had a spare tire that had never been used but was not inflating with air. I asked them to check it out. The service advisor looked at it and tried to inflate it with the pump that comes with the car. The bead was not set on the rim and therefore leaking faster than it was inflating. He tried to tell me the rim was dented and I needed a new $455 space saver tire. xxx?? This has never been used and was not dented. The advisor was just an idiot. To make things better, he had other advisors look at it and they couldn't figure it out either. Legit 5 guys were standing around it watching it do nothing and could only say it was dented. Luckily I called my dad and he said he would look at it before buying a new one. He inflated it easily with a real air compressor (from his home improvement business). Sure enough the tire lined up perfectly when he inflated it full force instead of with the cheap Mercedes pump. The advisors here are careless. Another advisor I had acted extremely nice to me in person. Once I left the center the customer service was horrible. I would call him at 9 am leaving my name to call me back. He responded to me at 11 PM via email. I just don't understand in what world that is acceptable. My brake pads have been squealing for over a year now. I've told the guys at the service center multiple times but they have offered no help or advice. I finally got a road test with shop Foreman (who is actually very experienced and helpful). He noticed the front pads were wearing down and the lip of the rotor was causing the squeal. The advisor gave me an estimate of over $1000 to replace the rotors, pads, and sensors. Absurd. I then called multiple other European car services in the area and got quotes between $400-$500. This service center rips you off even if you are a loyal customer!!! The only positive I can say for this location is the coffee, pastry and snack selections. Do not go here. I am willing to be contacted by Ray Catena to further discuss these issues. My family will not be shopping here anymore. More

Also to Nicolas who explained patiently to us how it's features and mechanics works. We love our new car and thankful that we dropped by that day. And thank you to all staff who are all very friendly. More
