They are really selling cars, but they are the worse on the service center. It takes 1 month for you to schedule a service and hours to replace a tire. This place is so poorly managed I don't know where to start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been worked on. In a call with a service advisor, he takled about staff shortages. There was never any communication about extended wait times when we dropped off the car. I recently have had Toyota, Dodge and Honda service with other dealers go in and out. Not at Ray Catena. Now they can't be bothered with getting our car back to us. I will not be bringing my business back to this dealer. More

They always go above and beyond to help me when I have to bring the car in for service or repairs. I am treated like family and it feels good to know that they truly care about my experience and satisfaction. Although I am extremely satisfied with my 2022 C -Class car, I do not have any words to express how happy I am to be able to count on Danny and Patti when I need to. More

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Union was amazing. Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved the day. He explained the entire process to me, which helped me understand exactly how they function as a team. The manager Patty came out, introduced herself and was able to squeeze me in for service fhe following day, and have me a loaner car to drive while the repair was being made. My advisor Matthew communicated the whole time. Happy customer! More
