Roberto is the associate I work with when I arrive to have my car serviced. He does great work. I was thrilled when he finished diagnosing and repairing my car. everything was done efficiently. He usual have my car serviced. He does great work. I was thrilled when he finished diagnosing and repairing my car. everything was done efficiently. He usually washes my car afterward and I leave a nice tip. The Ladies up front are nice also. I can't leave out The Manager Patty. She makes sure the employees are efficient in their work. So a big thumbs Up to Roberto who gives me service with a smile. More

This place is trash! Drove my car there for a check engine light issue and they notice that I needed rear subframe when the work was completed I picked the car up the car Drove my car there for a check engine light issue and they notice that I needed rear subframe when the work was completed I picked the car up the car traveled less than a quarter mile and shut off! Would not start stranded for 3 hours waiting for a tow only to find out the alternator is malfunctioning and the battery drain all from supposedly sitting for two weeks while the subframe was getting installed. I didn’t know these parts can fail if the vehicle is not operating to make matters worse I noticed someone took apart the cluster on the dashboard! It’s not flush properly with the dashboard, this place is trash be careful take pictures of everything before you drop your car off if you choose to deal with these people. More
Once again worst experience ever at Ray Catena Union. Had an appt to change my tire scheduled for two weeks. Take day off from work to come to my scheduled appt and they don’t have my tire. Their goal is to not have anything covered under the warranty. He tried to convince me a car that's 3 years old with 1 previous owner that leased it used an off market tire sensor🤦🏽♀️ so apparently warranty. He tried to convince me a car that's 3 years old with 1 previous owner that leased it used an off market tire sensor🤦🏽♀️ so apparently it was no longer covered. He was so rude. Made me sit there for 4 hours claiming they didn't have a courtesy car and the uber service was down. Then proceeded to get an uber for 4 white people and gave out 2 loaners. I was sooo late to work.
