Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. It was my best car buying experience ever and I'm 64 years old! I found the low mileage Certified Pre-owned vehicle that met my criteria at Ray Catena in Union. When I arrived to preview the vehicle they demonstrated to me that they valued me as a customer. The process was seamless. It started from the greeting of the receptionist, to the knowledge and professionalism of the salesman, to the introduction of service manager, to the assignment of my service rep and ended with the re-assurance of the sales manager. The team concept really does exist in this dealership. It was a pleasure to deal with people that understand that there is plenty of competition in the auto industry. this is my third vehicle with Ray Catena, Union. from the beginning of the sale through the many visits to the service department (my car loves pot holes) it was always a pleasure. the buildings are alw the beginning of the sale through the many visits to the service department (my car loves pot holes) it was always a pleasure. the buildings are always clean and inviting. the staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the features and mechanics of the car. I have come in on emergencies to find the service tech waiting, car taken immediately into the shop, repaired and out within an hour. several times it needed to stay for a day or two and I was always offered a clean, new loaner car. Jamie knows my history, every car I had, remembers my name and takes care of any issue the first time. Joe Natale and Ray Gomez were very professional and offered several choices when my last car was ready to be turned in. Joe had the paperwork ready and processed the transfer within 30 minutes. More

We can not offer enough praise to Ed for all his hard work in putting us into our new Mercedes ML350. His initial introduction to us during which time he said I can leave you alone or stay and help with work in putting us into our new Mercedes ML350. His initial introduction to us during which time he said I can leave you alone or stay and help with any questions about the vehicle you may have showed that he was not just a run of the mill salesman looking to make a deal. It was truly a pleasure working with him every step of the way. I never felt pressured and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It was refreshing to work with a dealer where the salesman handles the transaction from start to finish (including all that annoying purchase paperwork). I am a contractor, and I am always used having sales people try to sell me everything they possibly can with out ever asking what I need. Doug was much more then I can expect from an individual in custo people try to sell me everything they possibly can with out ever asking what I need. Doug was much more then I can expect from an individual in customer service. He has went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was understanding over the fact that this was a big decision for me and did not attempt to put any sales tricks to get me locked into some thing I didn't want.
