The staff is really friendly and treated me like a family. I got the best discount on the new car and the highest value on my trade. The sales staff are amazing and Sue is a great finance manager.21 The whole process was completed with Zero hassle. Try them if you’re thinking of buying or leasing a new or preowned car. More
The price was expensive, but work was well done. My only problem was they did not fix everything I asked for and I had to call to get a status on my car, when they supposed to contact me. I traded in my BMW M4 Competition for a Mercedes Benz C300 on September 4th. The payoff on my car was around $86,000. They did not take it under their name until September 17th which means that BMW charg C300 on September 4th. The payoff on my car was around $86,000. They did not take it under their name until September 17th which means that BMW charged me the monthly installment of $1,700. So they generated a new payoff quote on the 17th which was minus the $1,700 installment I paid. I asked them why they did not transfer the trade in under their name on the 4th and they had no answer. Initially they said the extra monthly payment I made to BMW would be refunded by Mercedes Benz Tysons. But now, they scammed me and said they won't refund me. When I reached out to the manager Fahad Shahid, he said he does not know anything about it as he was not in office that day. Their finance guy Ashish Sharma was the main guy behind this who waited until BMW charged me again and then a week later paid off the vehicle with the lower payoff cost. He also initially quoted me 3 year pre-paid maintenance was $5100. When I refused, he immediately quoted me $4100. It's just disgusting to see people like this work at Mercedes. They bring down the reputation of the company. I have been a Mercedes Benz customer since 2017 and this is the first time I am seeing these shady practices. More

My wife and I dropped our vechile of to have some maintenance done on out vehicle in connection with a class action lawsuit regarding bluetec vehicles. We had to leave it for about 3 weeks. Our vehi maintenance done on out vehicle in connection with a class action lawsuit regarding bluetec vehicles. We had to leave it for about 3 weeks. Our vehicle was fine, but when I got it back, I discovered that my impact wrench, my sockets, and serval other tools that I'd left in my vehicle thinking that no one from a mercedes dealer would take them. I need to used them when I noticed they weren't in the place I'd left them. Its disappointing. I'll never take another to this dealership ever again. I understand that they give a disclaimer regarding things left in the vehicle. But to steal my tools when I know where I left them specifically because they are frequently used on this vehicle. I hope who ever took them is happy. More

A Nightmare of a Purchase. I recently purchased a 2021 C-300 "pre-owned certified" vehicle from this dealer on 20th April 2023, only to have the worst experience of my life. I recently purchased a 2021 C-300 "pre-owned certified" vehicle from this dealer on 20th April 2023, only to have the worst experience of my life. Despite being advertised as "pre-owned certified," it turned out that the vehicle had not been certified at all. Moreover, the car came with several pre-existing issues that were not disclosed to me during the sale. The dealer had promised to fix the scratch on the car during the sale, but I had to go back and forth with them several times to get a "We Owe You" slip. The problems only got worse from there. On 24th April, I noticed that the ambient lighting from the passenger seat was disconnected, and the brakes were grinding and vibrating. Things got worse on 26th April when both passenger window buttons were wiggly, and the left window button fell off. Even the trunk button was wiggly and non-operational from the inside. On 3rd May, I took the car to Germantown Mercedes Benz for service, only to be informed that there was no certified pre-owned package on the vehicle. Furthermore, I was urged the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. When I contacted Mercedes Benz Tysons VA, they sent a certified pre-owned document that was not signed by the dealer. Even after reporting the issues with the brakes and requesting that they be fixed, the dealer requested that I bring the car in for their mechanic to assess the problem, despite Germantown's previous diagnosis. Moreover, my trade-in car loan is still not paid off, and the Mercedes Benz financial department cannot seem to locate any record of my contract or the car I purchased. To sum it up, this dealer has demonstrated a total disregard for ethics, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against doing business with them, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience has been. More
