Expedited Service and on a Saturday! We prequalified, drove in from Addison, and were out the door super fast! Literally only 30 minutes and we were in our new wheels. The moment you walk in the doors everyone is kind and happy to help. Never once have I felt pressured to buy or uncomfortable which tends to be the experiences we have had elsewhere. Things are made as easy as possible and they are exceptional when dealing with their customers time constraints. We have two small children and run our own businesses. We never have longer than an hour or two . This team gets it handled. Service team is bar none. Walter is our main man but all of them are fantastic. We will be lifelong customers!! More

I would like to say that our experience of purchasing our GLK 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Tyler was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had in p I would like to say that our experience of purchasing our GLK 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Tyler was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We decided to drive to Texas from Mississippi due to the excellent customer service we received from Kelley and Sean over the phone. They were both willing to assist us with all of our requests and work with us on the price. Upon our arrival we were immediately met with a wonderful staff that all went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service!! From Kelley, Sean and Kyle (sales) Lana (Finance manager) to their terrific and tremendously knowledgeable Concierge Victoria, each one made our trip to Tyler well worth it! They also made a great team!!! Parts department was also very nice. We were helped by a young man who had moved there from our hometown. I am quite sure that the GM (Scott) and his adorable mascot, Henry are very pleased with the staff and the way they represent the dealership, as they were all extremely professional. We will most definitely return for a visit and to purchase our next Mercedes from this dealership! Thanks again for the yummy cookies!! More

Sean Lewis gave us a fair price and Amanda Hall was extremely efficient in helping with all the paperwork. We finished the deal with an agreeable price and whole thing took only a matter of a few text messages. When I went to pick up the car, Kelly Morgan (my sales rep) made the whole car buying experience very pleasant. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I would do the business with Kelly again if an opportunity arises. Speaking of excellent service, I left an audio book in my old car that I traded in. The book was due to return to the library in a few days and I had already left for an out of town trip. Kelly found the audiobook and mailed it to the library for me. Now that is going the extra mile! More
