The high quality and variety of the pre-owned vehicles allowed us to test drive multiple models without having to visit other dealers. Our sales person, Shatonia Sanders, made the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. The business manager, Lana Bevill, had all of our documents ready for signatures when we arrived for delivery which was truly appreciated because this is not the norm with most dealers. Easiest process ever! My wife and I live in Arkansas and we're looking for a used Jeep. We looked at all dealerships within a 4 hour radius of us. We found our car at Mercedes Benz of Tyler and immediately inquired. Needless to say we were put in touch with Kelly Morgan and within a couple of hours the deal was done. We didn't see it in person until it was delivered to our house. It was EXACTLY the way Kelly had described it. We will definitely be looking to buy from Kelly and Mercedes Benz of Tyler again when it comes time for our next vehicle.
